"My husband and I can down to Monrovia to eat at the restaurant next door and was glad they were closed. The Main Street Bar and Grill was open and we really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. We had the fish and chips and a tenderloin sandwich. They were awesome! The Colts game was on and they were winning for a change. Light music in the background made for a nice Saturday lunch for the two of us. Trish and the other waitress that served us were very welcoming and provided great service. Thanks ladies!!"

"I was traveling and decided to stop in Monrovia for lunch. Google maps brought me right here. I sat at the bar and received amazing service. The bartender Tonya gave me all the specials( there was a bunch). She told me her favorite and I went with it. Fish and chips . She also fixed me one of the best long islands i have ever had. This lady knows her stuff and drinks. I can't say enough nice things about this place. It was very clean, warm, inviting , and most of all delicious. I feel like this place doesn't get enough recognition for what they provide. I will definitely be back if iam passing through. I hope Tonya is there to help be decide again. "We love this place and have been there 3 times in the past month. This is definitely a hidden gem. Food is always good and hot and the atmosphere is cozy and casual. We always request Kayla as our server. She is the best!!"

"Such great food and great staff. The place is casual and the food is out of this world. Tenderloin is delicious, salads always fresh, specials? Well you better get in early they go fast but the surf and turf is the bomb! Come enjoy!"

"Monrovia Indiana. Small town gathering place. I had the Catfish bites, french fries, and Hush puppies. The catfish was good. The fries I didn't care for but this should not reflect negatively on Main Street Bar and Grill. The truth is I really don't care for french fries. The hush puppies had a very distinct taste and I was pleased these came with the meal. Overall, I feel this is a local gathering place and if a Tuesday night is any indication I imagine this place is very busy during the weekend. I listened into some of the conversations and it definitely has the small town appeal."
